The product contains nicotine yet the presence of nicotine is not adequately reported on the labelling. The bottle containing the mixture does not bear an adequate label; the user therefore has no information on the dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin or if it is ingested. In addition, the product can be misleading for consumers as it refers to a drink both in respect of packaging and in terms of organoleptic characteristics, i.e. intense aroma of cocoa.
