The rattle and the inner ball can easily break and generate small parts and hazardous sharp points, posing a risk of choking and cuts for children. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

All the rattles (except the fruit-shaped rattle), as well as the black plastic pieces attached to the end of the cord included in the outer hat, can easily break and generate small parts. A small child could put them in the mouth and choke on them. Moreover, the head of the bear-shaped rattle and the handle of the rattle marked 'Happy Music' can obstruct the airways, causing a risk of choking. In addition, several of the rattles can easily break and expose children to sharp points and edges, possibly causing cuts.
