The plastic material of the doll contains di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value 18.7% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.
The product collapses easily, despite the presence of a safety lock, with the consequent risk of entrapment, mainly of fingers, between moving parts. The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
The toy contains a small magnet with a high magnetic flux which can be easily detached. If a child swallows the magnet and other metal objects, they could attract each other, causing intestinal blockage or perforation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive or European standard EN 71-1.
