Small and sharp-edged metal parts may become detached from inside the musical mechanism and fall inside the playpen or crib. A child could put these small parts in the mouth and choke or suffer injuries due to the sharp edges. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
