A small child could put them in the mouth and choke on them. Furthermore, the plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic could cover his/her mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate. In addition, the toy includes a metal plate at the bottom of the helix with sharp edges, posing a risk of cuts.
