When operating a car jack without using chocks, the side skirt of the vehicle may bend. The vehicle may become unstable and this could result in injuries to the user.

Defective control device software could trigger the unintended release of the head section of the side airbag, the seat airbag and/or the seatbelt pre-tensioner.
