The surface of the resin inlet cover in the fuel pump may deform, reducing the clearance between the inlet cover and the fuel pump's impeller. Consequently, the two components may interfere with each other. As a result, the impeller locks, stopping fuel flow to the engine which may cause the engine to suddenly stall.

Due to a defect in the gas generator of the driver's air bag, deployment of the air bag could result in small metal fragments being released which could injure the occupants.

There is slack in the locking mechanism for the top box and it may not be completely locked. As a result, the top box could fall off when the scooter is in use, causing a risk of an accident for other road users.

Abnormal deployment pressure may lead to rupture of the driver's air bag inflator case. In this event, metal fragments could be propelled into the passenger compartment, potentially causing injury to a vehicle occupant.

The rear brake pipe could leak brake fluid. This could lead to reduced brake performance, or the brake not working, and a crash may occur.

The inflator case component within the airbag assembly may rupture during passenger airbag deployment. In the event of an inflator rupture, metal fragments could be propelled into the passenger compartment, potentially causing injury to a vehicle occupant.
