Small parts can easily detach from the toy (i.e. the plastic stickers, the wheels, the pull cord, the axis of the rear wheels and the inner fragments of the musical mechanism). A small child could put them in the mouth and choke on them. Furthermore, the plastic bag of the packaging is too thin and if a child plays with it, the plastic can cover her/his mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

The product can easily break and generate small parts (the on/off button, the vanes and the cap as well as the inner mechanism of the helix). In addition, the toy includes a metal plate at the bottom of the helix with sharp edges, posing a risk of cuts.

The wiring harness could become damaged where it is in contact with part of the steering column assembly. If this happened, a short circuit may occur. Potential safety-related consequences include deactivation or malfunction of the windscreen wipers, the headlamps, and/or the horn. Engine stalling may also occur.

Due to insufficient tightening torque of the bonnet's primary latch bolts, the bonnet may unlock unexpectedly while driving.

Due to incorrect crimping of the metal sleeve in the brake hose, the rigid brake tube might be pulled out from the metal sleeve causing a loss of brake force.

Due to insufficient clearance between the chain and oil nozzle, the chain could come in contact with an oil nozzle. This may cause the tip of the oil nozzle to break and get stuck between the primary chain and gear, which may cause the vehicle to suddenly stop.

The rear suspension spring can detach from the vehicle while driving over bumps/obstacles and fall onto the road. The loss of the spring could interfere with the dynamics of the vehicle and pose a potential risk to the vehicles behind.

Due to insufficient tightening of the wheel bolts, a wheel may be lost while driving.

A wiring harness under the fuel tank may be damaged from contact with the frame edge.This can lead to a short circuit and possible engine stall.

The throttle body holders may harden and crack in use due to insufficient heat resistance. This may result in air leaking in and causing unstable engine running or stalling.
