The connectors in the primary circuit are not protected against accidental disconnection by any means other than soldering. A loose wire under mains voltage could consequently touch the accessible secondary circuit. The insulating material is not suitable for resisting the thermal stresses to which it is subjected and could distort making live parts accessible. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
Gloves
The gloves contain azo-dyes which release the aromatic amine 3,3’-Dimethoxybenzidine (in excess of 100mg/kg). When the product is in direct and prolonged contact with the skin, this aromatic amine may be absorbed by the skin. Aromatic amines can cause cancer, cell mutations and affect reproduction. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.

The aluminium crown of the forks can separate from the steerer tube or from the fork legs. This may cause the rider to fall. 3 accidents reported.

The bars of the cot can detach and a child could fall through the gap created. In addition, the gaps between the bars at the base of the cot are too large. While playing a child could put its arms through the bars and become trapped. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 716.

The sound unit of the toy may become loose if pulled or picked at, creating a small part. Small children could put this small part in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
