The front wheel arch may be incorrectly installed. As a result, the brake hose may come into contact with the front wheel arch, causing wear of the brake hose by fretting. If the brake hose breaks and the brake fluid leaks out, the performance of braking could be compromised.

A possible lack of welding points on the rear side members may, in the event of a collision, affect the strength of the side members. Consequently, fatigue strength, collision resistance and anchoring of the rear safety belts may be affected.

An oil hose may be incorrectly crimped. If the oil hose becomes completely detached, oil could escape, run on the road and endanger following vehicles.

In case of an accident, the thorax airbag and the curtain airbag can fail to deploy, or their functioning can be reversed in case of a lateral shock.

The rear part of the front rear arch liner may be incorrectly mounted. This could lead to the flexible brake hose becoming worn as a result of friction with the wheel arch liner. Damage thus caused to the brake hose could lead to a loss of braking efficiency.

The fixing bolts for the backrest on the second row of seats may break in the event of heavy braking or a collision. The occupants would consequently not be protected properly.

The upper part of the rear spoiler could detach whilst driving. Debris on the road could lead to other motorists losing control of their vehicles, causing accidents.

Due to insufficient tightening of the wheel bolts, a wheel may be lost while driving.

The drive rotor of the vacuum pump could break, leading to the immediate stop of the vacuum pump and consequent loss of braking assistance and loss of engine power.

The screws of the bonnet lock could be insufficiently tightened. This could lead to the bonnet opening whilst driving.
