Due to a construction/processing error, the screw connection between the anchor ring and rotator can/could loosen when the anchor ring is subjected to a heavy load. A fatal fall therefore cannot be excluded. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive.

The coupling between the trolley and the chain hoist can break as the result of a material defect; the chain hoist and load may fall and hit one or more persons.
