The amount of chromium (VI) in the leather is too high (measured value up to 14.2 mg/kg). Chromium (VI) is sensitising and may trigger allergic reactions. The product does not comply with the requirements of the REACH Regulation.

In the corners of the cot there are protruding parts to which garments could become trapped, causing strangulation. Furthermore, one of the side walls may break and a child could fall out of the cot, suffering injuries. The product does not comply with the relevant European standards EN 716 and EN 1930.
