The bolt connections for the wheels on the right-hand side of the vehicle may have been fitted defectively. There is a risk of bolt connections coming loose and leading to the loss of a wheel, which would increase the risk of a potential accident.
The shoes' leather inner lining and insole contain Chromium (VI) (measured values: 83 mg/kg and 62 mg/kg respectively). Chromium (VI) is sensitising and may trigger allergic reactions. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
Excessive internal pressure can cause the housing of the driver airbag inflator to rupture when the airbag is deployed under normal conditions. In the event of the inflator rupturing, metal fragments could be propelled into the passenger compartment, potentially causing injury to the vehicle occupants.
A plug has not been correctly fitted into the fuse holder of the central electrics which can cause failure of the engine, the power steering and the power assisted brakes. Failure of a number of electronic components, such as the multipurpose display and the lighting equipment also occurs.
In the event of an accident, due to insufficient wall strength of the seat console, the seat console can suffer mechanical failure and the seat could detach.
In the concerned vehicles, preliminary damage can be caused to the tyres through intensive use. Consequently an abrupt loss of air or even a blowout caused by the tyre heating up after long transportation drives on motorway/express roads and at high speeds cannot be excluded. An abrupt loss of air or a tyre blowout could impair the road behaviour of the vehicle and its driving stability.
