An incorrect calibration setting in the Engine Control Module (ECM) software may cause miscalculation of sulfur oxide (SOx) levels captured within the Lean NOx Trap (LNT) component of the exhaust’s Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). This miscalculation could, with extended operation under certain driving conditions, affect the purge process applied to remove SOx particles from the DPF-LNT. In this condition, the capacity of the DPF-LNT may become saturated and, as a result, the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from the vehicle could exceed the permitted level.

The diesel heater is installed in the wrong position. Exhaust fumes from the heater could consequently enter the interior passenger area of the vehicle.

The upper part of the rear spoiler could detach whilst driving. Debris on the road could lead to other motorists losing control of their vehicles, causing accidents.

In the event of a high-speed frontal collision, there is a possibility that the lap belt webbing of the seat belts intended for the outboard, second row seats could come into contact with a part of the seat cushion frame, be cut, and separate. As a result of a defect in the low-pressure fuel line, the vehicle may catch fire.

The axle clip can develop fractures. As a result, the axle can break free of the frame, causing the trailer to veer off course.

There is the possibility to drive a motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol regardless of whether the alcohol interlock is assembled. Therefore there is a higher possibility for the driver to cause injuries to himself or to others. The product does not meet the requirements of the relevant standard EN 50436-2.

The glue contains 1,2 dichloroethane (measured value: 49%). 1,2 dichloroethane is carcinogenic and toxic if inhaled or if they get in contact with the skin. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation

The roll-over valve located inside the petrol tank may not work properly. In case of the vehicle turning over, a fuel leak could occur which may lead to a fire.

The rear vehicle structure may allow fuel leakage during certain low-speed collisions which could result in an underbody fire.
