The product does not comply with the Regulation on persistent organic pollutants (POP Regulation).
Due to a short-circuit in the battery compartment, the toy sewing machine may overheat and cause burns. In addition, the ironing board may easily collapse, posing a risk of injuries due to entrapment (mainly of fingers) between moving parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 62115 and EN 71-1.
The plastic material of the mask contains di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value 13.5 % per weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.
The earth wire is not properly held in place. If it detached, the product would not be earthed. Water can enter the casing. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
