The steering tube can easily collapse while the child is riding the toy scooter, which may cause him/her to fall and suffer injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
Passenger car
Pick-up
In the event of a lateral collision, the software of the occupant restraint system control device may trigger the deployment of the head/lateral airbag and/or the preloading device, when not intended. This may increase the risk of an accident and/or injury to the occupants of the vehicle.
Motorcycle
The drive shaft universal joint bearing may not have been properly assembled and, even if properly assembled, may not be sufficiently durable as a result of manufacturing errors. As a consequence, the universal joint may, in the worst case, break and interfere with the swing arm causing the rear wheel to lock-up. This may result in a crash.
Passenger car
Glass panels that have no chemical bond to the adhesive could detach from the vehicle whilst the vehicle is in motion. Where a glass panel detaches from the vehicle, it may collide with other vehicles on the road or compel other road users to take evasive action. This could increase the risk of a vehicle crash.
Passenger car / van
There may be a defect in the earth connection of the electrical system control unit in the sill area. In the worst-case scenario, the engine could start by itself when the remote-control unit is operated, which would make the vehicle move forward if the engine is in gear.
