The springs within the clutch pedal position switch that prevents the vehicle from starting unless the clutch pedal is pushed down may break. As a result, the engine may start without the clutch pedal being pushed down causing the vehicle to move unexpectedly.
The protection area is too small and the helmet does not adequately absorb impacts. Also, the retention system is not sufficiently strong and might break, leading to head injury in the event of a fall or impact. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive.
The product can break easily, releasing a small magnet with a high magnetic flux. If a child swallows the magnet and other metallic objects, they could attract one another causing intestinal blockage or perforation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN71-1.
Under certain conditions condensation in the intake air corrodes the needle bearing housing, thus, the sealing between intake air and the electrical actuator circuit of the throttle body might not be water-tight any more. If water enters in the throttle body actuator circuit, the water might cause a throttle body position misreading or short circuit inside the throttle body electrical actuation mechanism. This might trigger the engine to stall while driving.
