The toy contains a small magnet with a high magnetic flux which can be easily detached. If a child swallows the magnet and other metal objects, they could attract each other, causing intestinal blockage or perforation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive or European standard EN 71-1.

Excessive closing forces may be generated when the panoramic sliding/tilting sunroof is closed using the 'comfort opening and closing' function which could lead to crushing injuries.

The drawstring in the waist area may become trapped during various activities of the children, causing injuries. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14682.

Screws not complying with the specifications were used for the seat mountings on the aisle side, so that the passenger seats may become detached in the event of an accident.

The steering damper bracket bolts may have been excessively tightened during assembly. This could cause them to break and interfere with the steering.

The Restraints Control Module harness connector has the passenger side pre-tensioner wired to the driver’s side connection and driver’s side pre-tensioner to the passenger side connection. In this condition, in the event of an accident where the pre-tensioner system would deploy and the passenger seat is unoccupied, the driver’s seat belt pre-tensioner will not deploy. As a result, the driver will not be restrained as intended and the risk of injury to the driver may be increased.

There might be a metallic stamping residue inside the housing of the airbag control unit. In case of a crash, it might come into contact with the circuit board and cause a short circuit. As a result, the airbags would not deploy, thus increasing the risk of injury to the occupants.

The interior door handles may crack, allowing the handle return spring to become unseated and not return to the fully closed position. In extreme circumstances this could allow the door to open unintentionally, posing a risk to vehicle occupants and other road users.

Abnormal deployment pressure may lead to rupture of the driver's air bag inflator case. In this event, metal fragments could be propelled into the passenger compartment, potentially causing injury to a vehicle occupant.

The screws on the break-in protection plate on the sliding side door may break over time. In the event of an accident, this may result in the sliding door opening of its own accord.
