The safety lock of the pram is not sufficiently resistant to load and can release, causing the pram to collapse, which may result in a child being injured. In addition, the fingers of a child could be trapped between the moving parts while the pram collapses. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

The ladder does not have sufficient mechanical strength and can bend or break during use, causing the user to fall from a height. In addition, the space between the rungs/steps is not equal when the ladder is not completely extended and the user could therefore miss his step, lose balance and fall from a height. Also, whilst unlocking the locking mechanism of certain rungs/steps, parts of the ladder above may descend very quickly and crush the user's fingers. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 131.

Due to the absence of primer when bonding, the sun roof may not be properly attached. Part of the sunroof could consequently detach from the vehicle whilst driving, posing risk for following vehicles.

The front wheel alignment may be incorrect. The lower suspension arm may not be properly fixed and could slip. Possible premature and asymmetrical wear of the front tyres which arises as a result could, in extreme cases, lead to a sudden loss of tyre pressure.

The webbing of the front seat belts may have been partially cut. If this is the case, it could result in a loss of efficiency of the safety belt protection performance in the event of an accident.

Possible incorrect assembly of the left or right front flexible brake hose could lead to wear of the flexible brake hose by fretting on the wheel rim and on the tyre. Possible brake fluid leakage, which results as a consequence, could lead to long brake pedal travel and a decrease of braking efficiency.

The connection between the high-pressure pipe from the fuel rail and the high-pressure pump may loosen. If fuel leaks onto the road as a result, it could increase the risk of accidents for following vehicles.

The product could break owing to a production defect. If this happened, the resulting loss of driving stability would increase the risk of an accident.

The front wheel arch may be incorrectly installed. As a result, the brake hose may come into contact with the front wheel arch, causing wear of the brake hose by fretting. If the brake hose breaks and the brake fluid leaks out, the performance of braking could be compromised.

The tightening torque of the right-hand, lower seatbelt fixing bolts may not be correct. In this case, the performance of the seatbelt may not be guaranteed in the event of an impact.
