The plastic of the dolls' heads and bodies contains di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured values up to: 15.7% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. According to the REACH Regulation, DEHP, DBP and BBP phthalates are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.

When the product is in direct and prolonged contact with the skin, the aromatic amine may be absorbed by the skin. Aromatic amines can cause cancer, cell mutations and affect reproduction.
