The product contains nickel (measured value 24 mg/kg). Nickel can cause skin irritation and induce sensitisation or elicit allergic responses. The Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, recommends that the content of nickel in inks for permanent make-up be as low as technically achievable. The product does not comply with the national legislation.

At high vehicle speed, combined with strong wind, the plastic front service hatch (located between the windscreen and headlights) can detach from the vehicle and fall into the traffic area.

The yellow varnish contains Chromium (measured value total Chromium 54.1 mg/kg) and lead (measured value 288 mg/kg). Chromium is an irritant and sensitizer and can trigger allergic reactions when in contact with the skin and exposure to lead can result in severe and irreversible neurotoxicity, particularly in the case of children. The product does not comply with the requirements of the the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-3.

The product is not sufficiently sensitive with respect to the detection of carbon monoxide. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 50291-1.

A small child could put a piece of the mobile (the wooden piece with hearts that includes the metal fastener) in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

The insulation of the product is not adequate and the power supply is not protected against moisture, although the product is recommended for outdoor use. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

The seams of the front, seat-back covers may have been sewn incorrectly in the area of the side airbag. As a consequence, the seams are too close together and sewn too tightly so that, in the event of an accident, it is possible that the side airbag will not be deployed correctly.

The costume has cords with free ends in the neck area and excessively long cords at the waist. The cords could get caught in vehicles or play-areas. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 14682.

Activation of the driver's airbag may cause an abnormal increase in the internal pressure of the gas inflator and, in extreme cases, cause the casing of the gas inflator to break. This means that there is an increased risk of injury for the occupants.

The product contains clobetasol propionate (measured concentration 0.04 % by weight). Clobetasol is a corticosteroid that should be applied to the skin only if prescribed to treat certain skin conditions. In addition to the skin lightening effect, it can induce a skin rash and burning at the application site and long-time exposure could lead to endocrine problems. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
