The amount of Chromium (VI) in the leather of the trousers is too high (measured value: up to 13.8 mg/kg). Chromium (VI) is sensitising and may trigger allergic reactions. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
The suction cups of the projectiles become detached easily. If a child puts them in the mouth, they can obstruct the airways. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive or the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
The connectors in the primary circuit are not protected against accidental disconnection by any means other than soldering. The gloves contain azo-dyes which release the aromatic amine 3,3’-Dimethoxybenzidine (in excess of 100mg/kg). When the product is in direct and prolonged contact with the skin, this aromatic amine may be absorbed by the skin. Aromatic amines can cause cancer, cell mutations and affect reproduction. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
The white pins connecting the sound bars to the base detach easily, generating small parts. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
The side service door may fall open while the vehicle is in motion and protrude horizontally into the road. The contents of the caravan could fall into the road posing a hazard for following vehicles. The open door may pose a risk of collision with other road users.
The product is inadequately earthed and has no protection against the ingress of water. The cross sectional area of the supply cord and the dimensions of the plug are not correct. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598 and the relevant national standard.
