The product is not protected against moisture but is recommended for outdoor use. Water penetration may cause an electric shock or lead to a fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
A crack could develop in the fuel evaporative emission control unit which is attached to the fuel tank. When the fuel tank is full, fuel could leak from the crack which, in the presence of an ignition source, could lead to a vehicle fire.
The candles, due to their characteristic form, colour and size may be mistaken for foodstuff. Small parts can be easily detached from the product and this may lead children to put them in the mouth, swallow or ingest them. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
The packaging contains cadmium (measured value up 0,0361% by weight). The packaging does not comply with the requirements of the directive on packaging and packaging waste.
The lamp housing and the connection box can easily break, which may give access to live parts or may generate a short circuit and a fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
The plastic shell of the seat can break apart in the event of a car accident or sudden braking of the vehicle, preventing effective restraint of the child. The product does not comply with Regulation UNECE No 44-04.
