The ladder does not have sufficient mechanical strength and can break during use, leading the user to fall from a height. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 131.
The amount of Chromium (VI) found in the leather is too high (measured value: 6 mg/kg). Chromium (VI) is sensitising and may trigger allergic reaction. The product does not comply with the REACH regulation.
Corrosion of the ignition lock connecting plug may lead to failure of the electrical system. Incorrect routing of the wiring harness in the tank area may lead to the engine stalling whilst riding. The incorrect positioning of the battery earth connection may lead to starter failure. As a result, the motorcycle may crash.
The earth wire is not properly held in place. If it detached, the product would not be earthed. Water can enter the casing. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
The plastic material of the toy contains di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (measured values: 9.79 % and 4.03 % by weight respectively). These phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.
Small stickers may detach from the toy telephone. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. The cord connecting the toy phone with the earpiece is too long, and this may cause strangulation if it wraps around a child's neck. The plastic of the packaging is too thin: if a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose causing the child to suffocate. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
The product contains protruding loops and toggles in the neck area that may become caught and the child may be strangled. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14682.
