The product contains small parts (the antennae and the balls attached to the wheels) that can easily detach; small children can put them in the mouth and choke on them. The plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose causing the child to suffocate. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

The suction cups of the arrows contain bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: 7.3 % by weight) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (measured value: 7.7% by weight). These phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. In addition the kinetic energy of the arrows is too high, which may lead to eye or face injuries. According to the REACH Regulation, the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.
Aluminium ladder
The ladder does not have sufficient mechanical strength and can break during use, leading the user to fall from a height. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 131.
