Deformation of the tyre may result in rubbing between the tyre and components of the vehicle, which can lead to tyre failure as a result of tread separation. In addition, tyre failure as a result of high speed is possible. Failure of the tyre could lead to an accident.
A fault in the wheel flange at the front axle could lead to fissuring and in some cases to the loss of a front wheel.

A child could put these small parts in the mouth and choke or suffer injuries due to the sharp edges. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
The bolt connections for the wheels on the right-hand side of the vehicle may have been fitted defectively. There is a risk of bolt connections coming loose and leading to the loss of a wheel, which would increase the risk of a potential accident.
