Permanent make-up
The product contains nickel (measured value 51.8 mg/kg). Nickel can cause skin irritation and induce sensitisation or elicit allergic responses. The Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, recommends that the content of nickeI in tattoo inks be as low as technically achievable. The product does not comply with national legislation.

According to the ingredients list, the product contains the substance Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). An excessive amount of this substance is toxic and can cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
Motorcycles
The motorcycles may lose the ability to generate enough lift to disengage the clutch after being parked for an extended period. If this condition remains undetected, it could lead to a loss of control of the vehicle when it is either started in gear or when it is first put into gear.
Liquid for electronic cigarettes
The product contains nicotine yet the presence of nicotine is not adequately reported on the labelling. The bottle containing the mixture does not bear an adequate label; the user therefore has no information on the dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin or if it is ingested. In addition, the product can be misleading for consumers as it refers to a drink both in respect of packaging and in terms of organoleptic characteristics, i.e. intense aroma of cocoa.
