The front wheel alignment may be incorrect. The lower suspension arm may not be properly fixed and could slip. Possible premature and asymmetrical wear of the front tyres which arises as a result could, in extreme cases, lead to a sudden loss of tyre pressure.

The webbing of the front seat belts may have been partially cut. If this is the case, it could result in a loss of efficiency of the safety belt protection performance in the event of an accident.

Possible incorrect assembly of the left or right front flexible brake hose could lead to wear of the flexible brake hose by fretting on the wheel rim and on the tyre. Possible brake fluid leakage, which results as a consequence, could lead to long brake pedal travel and a decrease of braking efficiency.

The tightening torque of the right-hand, lower seatbelt fixing bolts may not be correct. In this case, the performance of the seatbelt may not be guaranteed in the event of an impact.

As a result of a deficiency in the bonding between the RPS (reference point system) plates and the monocoque, corrosion may occur. As a result, it is possible for the RPS plates to fall off.

An oil hose may be incorrectly crimped. If the oil hose becomes completely detached, oil could escape, run on the road and endanger following vehicles.

In case of an accident, the thorax airbag and the curtain airbag can fail to deploy, or their functioning can be reversed in case of a lateral shock.

The unauthorised repairs to the webbing of the harness could fail, resulting in the climber falling from a significant height, leading to serious injury or death. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Directive and the relevant European standard EN 12277.

The anchor plate for the rear seatbelts may have a sharp edge. In the event of a collision, there is a possibility that the webbing for the buckle part of the seatbelt could consequently become cut and separate at the anchor plate. If this occurred, the occupant would not be properly restrained, increasing the risk of injury.

The tightening torque of the right-hand, lower seatbelt fixing bolts may be incorrect. Consequently, the performance of the seatbelt may not be guaranteed in the event of impact.
