The drawstrings in the hood and at the back of the sweatshirt, hanging below the lower hem of the garment, can become trapped during various activities of a child, causing strangulation or injuries. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14682.

While children are swinging, the swing chair can overturn. Children can fall and be hit by the metal roof of the swing chair, causing injuries to the head and the neck. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-8.
The plastic of the ponies contains di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) (measured value up to 33% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.
