In the event of a car crash involving strong forces the end mount of the rear right seat belt may fail because of incorrectly fixed bolts. This would increase the potential risk of injury to passengers.
The tyres of the toy car contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in concentrations from 9 to 179 mg/kg. These PAHs are carcinogenic. The child can be exposed when the tyres come into direct and prolonged or repetitive contact with the skin or the mouth. According to the REACH Regulation these PAHs are prohibited in toys, including activity toys, and childcare articles.

A fixing nut of the starting pedal could become loose while driving, resulting in the engine cutting out. Moreover, a screw could become loose in the air filter, which could become trapped in the throttle valve, blocking acceleration so that the motorcycle cannot reduce speed. In some units of the product the fuel hose connector is not properly connected, which could cause a fuel leak.
A crack could develop in the fuel evaporative emission control unit which is attached to the fuel tank. When the fuel tank is full, fuel could leak from the crack which, in the presence of an ignition source, could lead to a vehicle fire.
Welded parts of the inflator in each of the curtain shield air bags could have a minute crack. If the crack propagates over time, part of the inflator could separate causing compressed gas to escape. This would result in partial inflation of the curtain shield air bag, and, in limited circumstances, one or both sections of the inflator could enter the interior of the vehicle. If an occupant is present in the vehicle, this could lead to injuries.
